Repair Prices Vintage clarinets and saxes must be priced on a case by case basis due to condition issues, quality of construction, age, complexity of mechanism and special-ordered supplies (special pads, for instance).
Shipping and Returns All US shipping is by Fedex or USPS priority with tracking (depending on the weight of the item). I can generally ship a clarinet and case for $15-25 and a sax for $25-45 depending on weight - I try not to pad shipping. Most returns accepted within 5 days and will issue refund (minus 10% for restock and cleaning), store credit or an exchange. Antique/vintage instrument refunds issued on a case by case basis.
Payment Cash, US personal checks (held for 5 business days), US postal money orders, bank checks, bank transfers, Venmo, Transferwise, Western Union and PayPal (+4% for fees) are accepted. Please make all checks and money orders payable to "Jeremy Soule".
