Mystery Vintage Clarinet

Hi folks! Just finished this old Buffet for a customer and am completely confused as to its fingering system: it seems to be mostly Albert with some Boehm. Has anyone seen anything like this before or know anything about its origin? It plays and sounds great and I am surprised that I've never run across one before....
